If you are unsure about a size or you would like further details regarding any product, we encourage you to contact us via email or a phone call before finalising your purchase. We are happy to help you choose the right product or get the correct fit. We respond to emails very quickly.
If you receive your goods and they are not what you anticipated, you can return the item if it is in its original condition. We request that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can give you instructions on how to proceed. We do not refund for change of mind but will offer you a store credit. The customer will incur any shipping costs for items that are returned or exchanged. We request that all items are shipped back to us using registered post as this method requires a signature on delivery and is insured. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged goods once they have been shipped.
All Little Rock Vintage pieces are second-hand items. Little Rock vintage items may have some wear or a lot of wear due to being decades old. We ask that you keep this in mind before purchasing Little Rock Vintage items as most pieces are one-of-a-kind that cannot be exchanged. We photograph our products to show, best we can, the true representation of all products.
We don't accept returns on earrings, underwear or swimwear due to health regulations, so please choose these items carefully.
HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us by phone on 0400 104 414 or 0432 142 627 or by email (contact us) with a description of the item, what is faulty, and your contact details. We will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds are processed within a week of receiving back the goods. Refunds can take 5 working days to show on your credit card statements. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. We do not refund for change of mind but will offer you a store credit.

There is no exchange or refund given for sale items, unless the item is faulty in which case, the above instructions apply.
