What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Once we have received your payment, we will process the order within 24 hours and post it on the next working day. Standard shipping for orders delivered within Australia take between 5-10 business days (it can arrive sooner but we say 5-10 days just in case). International orders take between 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

Can I return an item?

If you receive your goods and they are not what you had anticipated, you can return your item. We request that in regards to returning goods that you contact us and return the item within 7 days of delivery. (Note: The item does not have to reach us in 7 days but you must mail it within this timeframe). If you are exchanging an item, please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. How do I know a garment will fit?

Different designers have different ways of sizing. We have included a sizing chart to help you size your garment, however if you are still unsure feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you with measurements and sizing. For our Australian customers we convert all international sizing to the equivilant Australian sizing to save you from trying to work out the conversions. Our returns policy allows you to return a garment if it is the wrong size. You can read the returns policy in the terms and conditions.

What does ‘Little Rock Vintage’ mean?

Any Little Rock item that has the word vintage used in its product description, is a second hand item. All Little Rock Vintage items are one of a kind, so we do not hold more than one of each product.
Little Rock vintage items are never damaged or faulty in any way, but the product may be worn due to being second hand. We photograph our products to show, best we can, the true representation of all products.
